IMPORTING RESTRICTIONS OF LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES

Some countries do not allow the import of Lithium-Ion Batteries.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER 
Currently, we can only ship to New Zealand through FedEx, and they only accept delivery addresses in Auckland. 

WE CAN DISPATCH YOUR ORDER IN TWO WAYS:

1. We can ship to your own contact in Auckland where you arrange forward postage, OR 

2. We can organise your order through our stockist on the North Island.

DANGEROUS GOODS RESTRICTIONS
Due to local laws and regulations, some countries are either very difficult, or impossible, to ship our batteries to via FedEx. 

For example: Oman is very difficult, it has been done but it is an expensive and lengthy process.

The below charts are taken from the FedEx website and acceptance varies depending on how you are ordering your battery (either as a full kit with the battery contained in the electronics box, or individual batteries as spares/replacements).
