Importing your Foil Drive to the USA

If you are ordering a Foil Drive directly from our website and you live in the USA, you will need to complete some paperwork when your parcel arrives in the USA.

Important things to remember:

- When you place the order on our website, make sure your email and phone number is correct.

- Check your spam or junk for emails from FedEx

- Complete the 5106 Form via the DocuSign link sent by FedEx

- SAVE YOUR COMPLETED FORM for your own reference

Please note: You can also proactively send the form (i.e. before FedEx sends the DocuSign link) to FedEx once you have a tracking number from Foil Drive

Fill out the form and create PDF of it and send to this email: [email protected]

a. In the subject line put ONLY the FedEx tracking number.

b. In the body of the email, do not write anything.
