We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, or you may need to make a change to your order. This article explains when returns and exchanges may be possible, and what conditions apply.
Please read the information below carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.
Returns Overview
We may accept returns for items purchased directly from Foil Drive, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions
For a return to be eligible, all of the following must apply:
- The product was purchased directly from Foil Drive (not through a dealer)
- The item is unused and in original, undamaged packaging
- The return request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The item is returned in a resaleable condition
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges in limited circumstances, such as when the incorrect item was ordered.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in brand new condition
- The request must be made within 28 days of delivery
- The item must be returned at the customer’s expense
If you need to arrange an exchange, please let us know exactly which item you would like to replace it with when contacting support.
Important Notes on Dealer Purchases
If your Foil Drive product was purchased through a dealer or authorised reseller, returns and exchanges must be handled directly with that retailer, as their policies may differ from ours.
Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund where applicable
- Items that are returned used, damaged, or incomplete may not qualify for a refund
In cases where an order is cancelled before fulfilment, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any processing or third-party fees incurred.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to help with changes or cancellation.
However:
- Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled
- Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval
- Any approved changes may affect shipping timeframe
