Re-Pairing the Controller to Your Foil Drive SystemUpdated an hour ago

The V2 Controller is paired to your Foil Drive system during normal setup. You may need to re-pair the controller if you receive a replacement controller, the controller has lost its connection to the system, or Foil Drive Support has asked you to re-pair it.

Re-Pairing Instructions

1. Turn on the Controller

1. Press and hold the Power Button until the controller turns on.
2. The controller screen will light up and display the main screen.

2. Enter the Controller Menu

3. Press and hold the Cruise Control Trigger.
4. While continuing to hold the Cruise Control Trigger, single press the Power Button.
5. Release the Cruise Control Trigger.

The controller will now display the menu.

Tip: The small arrow in the top-left corner of the screen indicates which menu option is currently selected.

3. Select Pairing

6. Use short presses of the Power Button to move the arrow through the menu.
7. Continue until the arrow is next to 4. Pairing.
8. Press and hold the Power Button to select Pairing.

The controller will now display PAIRING.

4. Pair the Controller to Your System

9. Connect the battery to your Foil Drive system as normal.
10. The controller should automatically return to the menu once pairing is successful.
11. The motor will also produce its normal pairing tones/beeps (Assist & Assist PLUS)

Important: If the controller does not return to the menu or pairing does not complete, repeat the pairing process from the beginning.

5. Exit the Menu

12. Press the Cruise Control Trigger once to exit the menu.
13. The controller will return to its normal operating screen.
14. The motor will produce its normal initialisation tones.

Your V2 Controller is now paired to your Foil Drive system and ready to use.
