How to Re-Calibrate Your V2 Controller Throttle and Cruise TriggersUpdated 4 hours ago
The V2 Controller automatically reads the minimum and maximum values of the throttle and cruise control triggers.
In rare cases, these calibration values can become incorrect, which may affect controller operation.
Recalibration may be required if you notice:
- Throttle does not reach full power
- Throttle does not return correctly to zero
- Cruise control button is not responding correctly
- Incorrect trigger readings
- Controller behaviour is inconsistent
Follow the steps below to recalibrate both trigger positions.
Step 1 – Enter the Controller Menu
- Turn on your V2 Controller using the Power Button.
- Press and hold the Cruise Control Trigger.
- While holding the Cruise Control Trigger, press the Power Button once.
- Release the Cruise Control Trigger.
The controller will enter the settings menu.
Step 2 – Navigate to Calibration
- Use short presses of the Power Button to scroll through the menu options.
- Continue pressing until the arrow highlights:
Option 5 – Calibration
- Press and hold the Power Button to select calibration.
The controller will open the calibration screen.
Step 3 – Calibrate the Throttle Trigger
The controller will prompt you to complete a full trigger movement.
- Slowly and smoothly pull the throttle trigger from:
0% → 100% → 0%
- Complete the full trigger movement without stopping.
- Wait for the controller to display:
"CAL OK"
Step 4 – Calibrate the Cruise Control Trigger
After throttle calibration:
- Slowly and smoothly press the Cruise Control Trigger fully in.
- Release it smoothly back to the starting position.
- Wait for the controller to display:
"CAL OK"
Important
If the controller displays anything other than:
"CAL OK"
the calibration has not completed successfully.
Repeat the calibration process and ensure both triggers are moved smoothly through their full range.

☐ Throttle returns correctly to zero
☐ Cruise control trigger responds correctly
☐ Controller operates normally
Still Having Issues?
