During the Christmas and New Year period, Foil Drive will be closed so our team can spend time with friends and family. This affects our Global HQ in Australia, European HQ in the Netherlands, and remote staff.

SUPPORT AVAILABILITY
After a massive year, our team is taking some time to recharge and get out for a few sessions ourselves. During this period, shipping will be paused, and customer support limited. Our support team will be monitoring our inbox for urgent matters, however, we do recommend first contacting your local dealer or searching the help center for fast tracked troubleshooting!
LAST CHANCE FOR 2025 ORDERS
Best chance to receive any gear before Christmas or over the holiday period is via our trusted Dealer network! Unfortunately, we cannot control movement or delay of our shipping partners (Australia Post, FedEx and DHL). We ask that you keep this in mind when requesting order status updates, once your order leaves our doors, we receive the same updates you do from these partners!

Below shipping guidelines/order cut-offs are suggestions only, we cannot guarantee when your shipments will be delivered before Christmas.
AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (Within Australia)
Orders made via foildrive.com will be shipped from Australia until Wednesday 17th December ACDT. Orders made after this date will be shipped once we return in 2026.
Orders Containing Kits and/or Batteries:
Christmas arrival not guaranteed, order may be delayed by shipping partners due to Battery inclusions.
Spare Parts Orders:
Order before December 17th (12th for NT and Remote Locations).
Parts Orders May arrive if ordered via Express Shipping after this date but cannot be guaranteed.
EUROPEAN SHIPMENTS (Fulfilled from The Netherlands)
All Order Types:
Orders made via eu.foildrive.com will be shipped over the Christmas period, only closed for public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (All regions excluding Australia and Europe)
Support:
All regions outside Australia and Europe are fulfilled from the Australian warehouse (batteries ship from our China warehouse). Australian closure dates apply for support and customer sales services.
Orders Containing Batteries:
Batteries currently ship internationally via our Chinese warehouse and may be shipped separately from other items. Battery shipments may be delayed, and delivery before the expected cut-off date is not guaranteed. Final confirmation on the cut-off date is coming soon.
Spare Parts/Kit Orders:
All items other than Batteries ordered via foildrive.com will be shipped from Australia until Wednesday 17th December ACDT. Orders made after this date will be shipped once we return in 2026.
